With a lifelong connection to agriculture, Liam's journey began on a sprawling 3000-acre ranch encompassing cattle, dairy, chicken, and olive orchards. This upbringing instilled in him a profound understanding of agricultural operations and a deep-rooted passion for innovation.

Liam's approach to challenges is marked by a solution-based engineering perspective. Over the years, he has pioneered and engineered solutions that have revolutionized safety and efficiency in the agricultural industry, effectively eliminating injuries and accidents. His innovative mindset has translated into tangible benefits for the sector.
Education has always been a cornerstone of Liam's journey. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bellevue University, complemented by a minor in Sales and Marketing. This educational foundation has fortified his strategic vision and business acumen.

His influence extended to various agricultural domains, particularly in the grape industry, where he orchestrated substantial reductions in injuries and losses, ultimately delivering significant insurance premium savings to clients.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Executive Logistics Consulting, Liam partnered with Fortune 50, 100, and 500 retailers, optimizing their logistics, supply chain, and distribution operations. His strategic interventions consistently translated into substantial cost savings and heightened productivity for his clientele.

During his tenure as the Regional Vice President of Operations at YRC – Yellow Roadway Corporation, Liam excelled in streamlining LTL dock operations, reducing costs, and simultaneously increasing revenue. His leadership and innovative strategies left an indelible mark on the company's performance.
At OnTrac, Liam assumed the role of Vice President of Project Management and Operations, overseeing operations across multiple states and spearheading the successful launch of 22 new facilities. Liam's illustrious career also includes notable positions as Vice President of Operations at DHL Worldwide Express and FedEx. President

Cal Christensen is a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate developer, and business management expert with a remarkable track record spanning over four decades. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for turning innovative ideas into successful ventures. His diverse portfolio includes founding and expanding thriving businesses, overseeing the development and management of expansive real estate projects, and serving as the CEO of large-scale public companies.

Cal's entrepreneurial journey took flight in the early 1980s when he launched a luxury transportation limousine service company. With remarkable speed, he transformed it into one of California's largest luxury transportation providers, a business that remains operational to this day. Notably, during this period, he foresaw the tremendous potential of the emerging cellular phone industry and established another company that eventually became a pivotal player in the market, ultimately merging into Cellular One and being acquired by AT&T in 1993.

However, the most illustrious chapter of Cal's career unfolded during his decade-long tenure as the President and CEO of the International Trade Exchange, a publicly traded company that held the distinction of being the largest trade and barter company globally. Under his astute leadership, the company expanded its footprint with over 200 offices in the United States and a presence in various international locations. Managing a workforce of over 10,000 employees, Cal significantly elevated the company's value and profitability to unprecedented heights.

He also ventured into the electric boat industry, where he successfully acquired and launched an electric boat company. With this amazing opportunity in the electric vehicle industry Mr. Christensen and a few other entrepreneurs purchased and managed ElectraCraft, one of the oldest and largest electric boat companies in America. In addition, he founded a thriving energy efficiency company, EPI (Energy Performance International), with a distinguished client roster which includes Walmart, Fox Studio News, the US Navy, a vast array of health clubs, many of the largest casinos, Universities and the Seminole Indians.
